| Quote: Rob Wire "Granted it wasn`t a full England side on show and quite a few players havn`t played for a few weeks but after watching that you would think quite a few of them havn`t played at all, without naming names their are quite a few from tonight that should never get anywhere near a full England shirt.
Out of our players, i thought Chris Bridge did well when he came on, he looked sharp. Moz was his usual self where he gives nothing less than 100%, Gareth Carvell was just steady and is better than that showing.
The times ive seen Ben Westwood at that sort of level he looks slow and lethergic and doesn`t offer England a great deal, Micky Higham wasn`t really effective and probably needs more game time after missing the bulk of the season, Richie Myler looked like a player that hadn`t played since July which is why i was suprised that he was included in the England squad, i`d be very suprised if he gets the vote at scrum half for the 4 nations on that showing.'" what game is it you watch higham totaly changed what was a poor slow game he got them goin a lot i thought he stood out in his time he played ,whats this roby done all year and hasnt missed games like mick .mick didnt look out of place to me and defo looked fit and quick as ever ,open your eyes

| McGuire will play 7 and Tomkins 6, to the guy who said westwood on the bench, completely wasting his attributes if you bench him. Westwoods an engine, he either plays the majority or its not worth taking a bench spot for a very ordinary impact player

| Maguire and Tomkins should be at halfback, Richie seemed off the pace and Tomkins was outstanding tonight.

Oh dear, i suggest you take off your Micky Higham rose tinted specs and watch the game again with an unbiased view. We didn`t score a single try in the 2nd half whilst Micky Higham was on, we started to open up once Scott Moore came on, thats when the tries and points started to flow. He did nothing out of the ordinary in the first half either, he certainly didn`t stand out against poor opposition like an on song Micky Higham would normally do.
Just because your selling a Micky Higham signed T shirt for charity which i think is great btw it doesn`t mean you automatically become his spin doctor, nobody has knocked Micky Higham, an opinion was given that he wasn`t as effective as he can be. Some of your views on him are embarrassing to be honest, you don`t secretly fancy him do you ?

An on-song Mickey Higham can be very good, at Wigan we used him in the wrong wa [not that i regret letting him go though]. He's an impact hooker off the bench, a poorer version of roby but still a decent player. Still shouldn't get near an england shirt for me though, i'd rather have Burrow at hooker tbh.
Hope Mylers performance tonight was just rustiness as well, can see him and sam at 6+7 for some time to come unless Eastmond stays in RL.

He's a different type of player - watching Tomkins reminds me of a young David Topliss, he can be that good; whereas Richie Myler is more in the Tony Myler/Sean Edwards mold. Both should be halves for England for best part of next 10 years with Eastmond in as a rotational hooker.

I think it's stupid to say he is streets ahead of him, he is currently playing better as Myler hasn't played since July. Although remarkably Myler has far better attacking and creative stats than Tomkins despite playing in a very bad side, can't be that bad, or is it a case of "he is now crap because he has signed for a team I don't like"?

Jesus, he must be dire then, Roby has done nothing for two years.
