| Was shocked to read about Clare's Cancer.
I can only echo other member's comments praising her fantastic knowledge of RL. Very Brave of her also to delay her surgery until after the Grand National - Got a picture with her. 
Hope Clare has a speedy recovery and is back in time for the Semi's. |

Had a lovely positive reply from our Clare on the morning of the kr game.
"Thank you so much for your e-mail. I really am fine, feeling great and the prognosis is very good. I'm so sad to be missing the quarter finals this weekend but I'll be back for the semis.
I cannot get over the incredible support I have had from rugby league fans - I feel very luck to be involved in such a warm-hearted sport."

| i too have had an e-mail back from clare balding,what a smashing girl, she thanked me for my e-mail wishing for her speedy recovery,i also asked her for a tip for the oaks and the derby and she told me she had been filming in newmarket yesterday and gave me her horses for the big races  |
