The attendances will start dropping quickly as the promise of the first 2 rounds dwindles away. I'm so underwhelmed again about this season, it feels like a write off already as things stand. Absolutely criminal with the creative players and overall quality that we have to be playing the rugby we do.

I can't believe some (most) of the negativity around Price. Criticism of the style of rugby is really something else. Has nobody noticed any of:

1. New halfback combination
2. Awful weather hardly supportive of flowing rugby where the ball gets sent across the line both left and right.
I note comments along the lines of "hope after the first 2 performances". Well let's remember the weather conditions the first 2 games were a down sight better than the last couple of games. Be patient.

Price was the Messiah after the saints thrashing so some seriously short memories on here.

The team will come good under Price given the opportunity.

Smith was on a downward spiral for years, yet he stayed for years. Everyone knew he was going in the spring of 2017. Eventually, in the early days of September, he announced he was leaving. It took you a MONTH to come up with Price.
The buck stops with you Karl, and the poor coach YOU brought in.
To be honest, a few daft stunts with a man dressed up in a Wolf costume MAY bide you a little time, and a few YouTube likes, but,.to the cash paying CUSTOMERS (because THATS what we are, not fans), it doesn't wash.

But - if Price does go (involuntarily or voluntarily), who would you get to replace him and, more importantly, who is available to come in???

Biggest issue I see with Price is his inability to get the players constantly"up" for what has been written on this forum as the "lesser" teams - Wakefield, Toronto tonight etc.
I repeat - Wire against Saints were outstanding and peaked for this game. Since then, combination of factors has caused a drop off in performances. Is this motivational coaching problem or just lazy, poor attitude players???
