If only somebody had gone to the effort of explaining all the quota rules together with what qualifies you for each category it would make things so much easier.

I think. As I say the confusion comes with who's exempt these days. At Wigan I think last year Pat, Feka + Phil Bailey all counted as Federation Trained because they had been there since before the rules came in.

No you get 5 quota places which includes overseas trained so we have 6 but Solomona has a "relaxed restriction" so we have 5.

I'd let Hicks go for two years of Joel Monaghan quite happily.

I know they say there's no sentiment in sport but i'd feel very uncomfortably taking a big dump on a player who has been fantastic since he signed. Hicks is a great player and he deserves this final year.

If it was up to me i'd rather keep Hicks at least we know what he can do and what he can do he does very well.
