| Quote: JWP "My folks booked tonight, via that 'see ticket' website, y'know the link from the clubpage like.
They aren't season ticket holders, how does that work.'"
I tried that site this morning. I needed 14 tickets, off the back of 3 season tickets.
I was told that the season ticket details didn't matter but that I needed three separate credit cards and I would have to make three separate orders!
At that point I gave up and rang the RFL.
The season ticket situation has been a joke.

| The people complaining about the tickets on SEETICKETS should realise that this site is owned by/associated with a certain Simon Moran. I was told at the club that he had chosen to sell 6 per season ticket and also make them available on his site.
At the end of the day I dont think any wire fans will be without a ticket come final day and should realise without a certain Mr Moran that we probably wouldnt be at wembley.

| Quote: Dave T "What does this post even mean?
Why should a season ticket holder take a day off work to get tickets when one person can do it?'"
People wouldn't need to take the day off work as the club shop was open until 10pm for monday and tuesday. That is pleenty of time for people to get season tickets. The mad cram yesterday was aprtly a result of the RFL selling our allocation and partly because anyone can walk in, with a handful of season tickets and buy loads of tickets. To me both those things just reduced it to a farce. How many 'guests' does a season ticket holder need? And are your guests people who go to the game every week? I can bet they're not. Yet people who pay week in and week out to watch the Wire may miss out on Weds (barring them buying from the RFL) because ST holders have took advantage and bought silly amounts of tickets for every Tom, Dick and Harry.
I agree if ST holders were to be offered priority then that should have been done, by the RFL too. Warrington's allocation should have been put on hold on the RFL website until Weds, when everyone can have a go. But I do think giving ST holders 2/3 extra tickets is not unreasonable.

| I got 6 tickets on my season ticket, all for people who are regulars, but don't have a season ticket due to work commitments etc.
They have been watching Wire for years.
Agree that it might have been more helpful to limit to 4 per season ticket holder, but the club and the RFL have to take whatever steps they must to get a full stadium.
Hee, I am that excited I could crush a grape!!!]

| Quote: Wires71 "Could customers not have expected clear signage in your view? Should customers just shut the whatsit up and be grateful?
Come on Ian, I even wrote to Dave at the club 4 weeks ago in an attempt to avoid such a huge demand on day 1 where ST holders could have pre-ordered tickets and help to avoid the huge peak of demand.'"
I'm sure it could have been handled differently and I don't suggest that people shouldn't make that point. However what I do suggest is that people remember the fact that it's our biggest game in 18 years when they're calling the club 'liars' and cut them a little bit of frickin slack. They're not sat around thinking of ways to make it painful.
I just find it incredibly depressing, if predictable, that people can focus on the negative...all...the...time, particularly this week. God help them when they get stuck in traffic getting home if we win the damn thing.

| We all had the same problems last year, I got ours from the RFL as did a lot of our fans, then our fans camped out the night before round the staduim.
We all got there in the end forgot the stress involved in making arrangements at short notice and we had a great day, even though we lost.
Well done, chill out and enjoy your experience, believe me you will love it, take plenty of tissues it is well emotional, especially singing abide with me.
Good luck

| Message to MODs - can we change the title of this thread - it is an insult to the guys that worked extremely hard to organise the ticket sales with a very limited timeframe.
The tickets arrived late on Sunday and had to be counted - 10,000 tickets and then split into batches / blocks to enable the selling to run as smooth as possible.
Many long hours have been put in by a small number of dedicated people to ensure that ticket sales actually went ahead - and one d1ck decides to come on here and belittle the massive achievement, leaving the insult in constant view.
As many have said, many of us would walk on broken glass to get to watch Wire at Wembley - I queued for 90 minutes on Monday night and would have quite gladly queued longer if I had to.
Some people are impossible to please - I personally am extremely pleased
