I've boxed clever on this: my daughter hasn't even begun to talk properly yet at 19 months, and I have already prepared by learning the word for a*seh*le in German, French, Italian, Austrian German, Swiss German, Afrikaans and Zulu. She'll probably add Tsonga, Venda, Sotho and Ndabele to that list over time though....
