No-one has mentioned Bill Shankland - possibly for the same reason.

In terms of pure try scoring you're - only just, but in terms of a complete wing I'd have to have Hicks.
I think - but could be wrong - that Hicks didn't play in our 'best' side of that era. That side would be the one in Joels first year.
Hicks' hat trick at Wembley for example was simply world class showing power, speeds, athleticism and skill.
In terms of modern day Warrington overseas wingers they both stand out for me.

Honestly yes, i thought Hicks was unreal and scored some amazing tries. I'd pick him ahead of Joel. Just my oppinion though

I would put Hicks above Joel Monaghan. But happy to have both in the best overseas Wire team of my era watching.

I wanted a prop on the bench so went for Rauhihi who after an underwhelming first season ended up being useful. Haven't got a halfback on the bench but would unquestionably be Greg Mackey.

Toa is English and not overseas. Although he did play for one of the Māori indigenous splinter international teams.
