Atkins proving he's still a big asset to this team. His try needed scoring and at the other end he stopped Sarginson from scoring regardless of the idiot that ended up giving the double movement as a try. The pressure he takes off the forwards along with Goodwin should not be overlooked either.

Agreed. But a tad unfair to describe his input today as ineffective, arguably that contribution for the Clarke try just before HT was the deciding factor in the game.

We did well but we’re missing some metal at times when we need it. (Wigan’s forwards out powered/enthused defensively our pack overall) but, when our pack ‘gets the bit between the teeth’, we’re good. Take Cooper when he came on for the last interchange- like a roaring bull- that’s what we need from every single forward. We need a bit of nastiness. Not only should our line be moving up, we need some big defensive/Morley-esk hits.

That said, I thought our passing and movement in attack was really good. That first try was fantastic- the ball handling skills and run-around excellent. There were some lovely moves and slick handling.

Agree with the above regarding Clark and Atkins. Atkins was outstanding for me and Clark moreso- our best player.

Clark is superb and is most games. A real wow player.

Were in the draw to play HKR in the QF's, after a tough game. Happy days.

To be fair to BMM he's Targeted when he comes on by the opposition so he gets swarmed to shut him down. Hill was Immense today as was Clark and numerous others, this was the most Quiet i've seen Austin play for us but he still had some nice touches. I was very impressed with Matt Davis again, full of energy and i really like him at 13 and he effortlessly slots in to the hooking position when needs be.
Also great to see Bradford yesterday, i genuinely thought Leeds would smash them but what a game. So Glad to see them again and with them Drawing Halifax you would say they will make it to the Semi's aswell

After the 2 that Leeds were awarded yesterday too I will conceed that I no longer understand what constitutes double movement, and I will rely on the officials (and VR) giving the correct call.
