| Quote Thelonius="Thelonius"To be fair, I may be being a little harsh on Wilkin, but then I don't care as he's an annoying dirty scrote who only gets away with it time and again due to being the RFLs BBC poster boy.
But I'm getting fed up of seeing players from most clubs, though Catalan seem to be the worst for it, going down and staying there as if they've been knocked out cold after any head contact yet their medical staff rarely seem to feel the need to take them from the field for a head test.'"
To be fair to the Saints medical staff, Wilkin was taken from the field and not brought on again, he also (apparently) spent the night in hospital for precautionary reasons (according to some fans on the Saints RLFC fan page on Facebook)

Which is why I said I may be being a little harsh.

| It's another example of the screen factoring in deciding outcomes in other areas apart from try scoring.

Not many blokes I despise more by what he does on the pitch than this bloke. ....
I saw the leg twitches and was actually quite concerned for him , then when he was told the stretcher was on he jumped up. .
This kind of is not for me and I do hope someone pulls this lover to task over this.

Yeah the same hospital Darryl Powell sent one his players to with a suspected broken jaw after a "disgraceful" Warrington tackle. ..
They couldn't find the broken jaw but we're willing to fix Powells mard lip...
Don't think it was NHS. .. but sounds like a good hospital

The Cas incident was worse IMO because of the rumpus kicked up by Powell

| Very surprised he didn't cop a ban for that. It was very deliberate and his third clear (and sly) shoulder charge of the night.
The RFL disciplinary committee's report states he made a valid attempt to tackle? I can only assume then that shoulder charges are back on the menu? No arms involved, just point of shoulder onto the base of Wilkin's skull. Dangerous? Yes. Reckless? Yes. Shoulder? Yes. Deliberate and unnecessary contact with head only? Yes. I'm not sure what criteria the RFL use, but it's all got very weird over at Red Hall this year. The impact wasn't very severe so I'm not suggesting any more than 1-2 games depending on his rap sheet, but to suggest it was a valid tackle is bizarre.

Which may or may not be true, it's all about opinions I suppose.
However, according to the number of posts accredited to your user name, a mighty 7 in a year and judging by the quality of this one, a coin might not be the only thing you're tossing?

| Bloody hell, wilkin looks good for someone that was unconscious, and twitching and then spent a night in hospital due to a head "injury"
He didn't even get a concussion related 7 day mandatory rest.

| 9 minutes, exactly the same tackle as Atkins last week, no penalty
