Correct. All the RL journalists from the broadsheets are/were good. Some from the lower end of the spectrum, not so.
I remember watching this game in an Albufeiran bar with Mrs Goldblatt, and on the next table along, were the parents of Ian Smith (ex SL ref, who's first game was the week before, and it was a game we'd lost). On seeing how peed off we were, to lose a SENSATIONAL game of RL, Mrs Smith bought Mrs Goldblatt a jar of Sangria....no whisky for me, though...miserable sod
That game is the reason I LOVE this game we watch. We didn't win (winning's a bonus, that we hope happens more often than not).......but I was ENTERTAINED.
