No. The referee DIDN''T GIVE a penalty against him, though there were instances where he should have done.
As for the last one. He went in to the tackle to "clatter" the HKR player, but only ended up hurting GingerMinge....retribution.

The difference between Pies and Wires is that we wouldn't excuse Westwood's act of violence whereas you lot just think anything any Pie does is alright especially if you can find something someone else did wrong at some point as justification that your lad was right to do it too.

McIlorum shoulder charges someone, or upper arms someone, in the neck or head EVERYTIME I see him play (that's not every week to be fair but it's still 100% of the time I see him). Just because the ref doesn't penalise him doesn't mean he's within the rules - here's news for you, he isn't! (and he really isn't!)...It's just weak/poor reffing, just like with the Westwood on Green incident!

And this is from someone who thinks the game needs more heavy hits and less soft run-ins, and the shoulder charge (the legal one below the neck/head) to be re-allowed as I loved it!
