| I feel so sorry and bad for James Roby, He's a shell of his former shadow.
Honestly

| Quote: Gazwire "For Saints everything relies on their pack at the mo and our forwards more than did the business. A good hit on walmseley took him off early. Mase Mose knocked on twice through great hits and was no threat.'"
That Harrsion hit early doors changed the game in my opinion.... it showed we couldn't be bullied up the middle and saints crumbled after it.
There is no better forward in our squad to meet a charging forward than Harrison.. the guy has had his injury problems, but he is a brick wall and he will hurt you given the chance.
Fielden is still sat under a tree reading nursery rhymes by all account.

| Quote: Saddened! "It was a very professional performance from Warrington tonight, particularly as you lost Grix and Westwood pretty early. It was a strange game though as you score a lot of points without really doing much to get them. Saints made unforced errors and you scored plenty of ridiculously soft tries you just won't score against the better teams. All you had to do tonight was drift wide, look to pass, dummy and stroll over.'"
Goodness me, a spy in the camp - you rumbled our game plan. "Look to pass, dummy and stroll over" I think were TS' exact words Monday morning in preparation. Having got the gameplan out of the way we spent the rest of the week at Mrs Jenkins lovely B&B in Conwy. Jobs a good un.
I think the gameplan for Wigan next week is "Look to kick, dummy and jog over".

| Really agree Morleys Deckchair. That Harrison challenge set the stall. In all the games I've seen saints play, Walmsley has been unstoppable and tonight was the first time he's been knocked out the game like that and it must have had a massive impact on his team mates ie. 'we can wollop you just as hard, if not harder.

| I fully agree with gob as man of the match. He controlled field position and starved saints of possession when the game was in the balance. I have long been a fan of Atkins and I actually think that could have been his best ever display in a wire shirt. Not a bad player in our ranks tonight and 2 errors (wow) I knew we would look good with a low error count.
Roy I am not sorry for doubting you but if you could please play like that for the rest of your time with wire then I may one day clap you.

| Thanks from all us Cas fans tonight who were cheering for you. GOB really came of age tonight and I'm so pleased for him. The late hits and concussions he took early in his career would have finished players of lesser mental strength. Best wishes for the unlucky Simon Grix and good luck n the play offs.

100% agree, haven't seen that spark in him for a long time. Not moving the NRL has seen him stagnate as I think Sam Tomkins would have if he hadn't moved.

| I can't remember the last time I saw us make so few handling errors, it really showed how cutting those out immediately makes everyone look better.

| I've heard we had a 90% completion rate.
We put the pressure on and then turned the screw, it works and we need to keep doing it!
Best we've played in a long while.

| I do wonder though ,are we watching a team of con men who strive to look so bad for most games ,lurching from pillar to post ,then produce a seamless & clinical performance to despatch the leagues pace setters ?
Well done to the team ,not one bad performance today.

| Forget who said it in commentary last week v Hudds, something along the lines of 'if warrington can learn to cut out all the errors they make then they will become a very scary team'
Well that was tonight, pretty much everything stuck.
The Atkins try I was positive was going to be chalked off, I didn't think anyone could throw such an awful pass without it being touched by a defender.

| First half was unbelievable. No errors at all. Forwards were immense, even with Grix and Benny off. That Saints pack on paper is the heaviest and most gruesome in sl. But, having M Monas tackling round the marker position; takes a lot of the hit and allows the forwards to move in and complete. Maso was nothing tonight, as was Amor and their crew. Laithwaite for me is superb in defence.

| You played well no doubt but as i said before the game Saints would not be capable of testing you . They were battered last week against a Leeds side who had only 3 days preperation against there 12 days and we played 60 mins with 12 men . Would love to have Hill in our side great player . Going to be really interesting play offs with neither of top 2 capable of winning the Grand Final in my opinion

| It was the most satisfying performance of the season. We made saints pay for their many errors.
Without the mistakes the scores would be much more in balance (Lance O'hohia had a mare) so let's not get complacent, but those dropped balls didn't detract from the spectacle.
Best performance of the season were v Saints at ethiad and v leeds at home. Both those results were based on very clinical performances from Wire and not aided by unforced errors.

| Harsh on Roby, hard to play behind a pack playing like puppies. Even harder when you're made to make 60... Yes, 60 tackles!
