Quote Teessidewire="Teessidewire"Read it properly. i didn't say you. Try watching the Wire from a distance, then you'll spend some money. £19 to watch good class RL is cheap. Give me a football club where you can get a good game for that sort of money.'"
You quoted my post where I'm complaining abut the prices, said they're disappointing, and mentioned the first game doesn't mean much by saying you're amazed when people complain about the prices, say they are disappointed and mention that the first game is meaningless. You've even included speech marks.
Then you go onto say 'How many excuses do you want to make'. I don't think anybody else has complained so far so I guess 'you' means me.
Is £19/20 value for money for Warrington v Wigan? It's not a bargain but it's alright. Is £19/20 value for money if you have to pay it again two weeks later for the same game? Maybe, but it de-values the first game, surely.
If it is to be us v Wigan twice, it might not be an issue but you can bet if play off attendances are low for the play-offs in general, people will be looking for answers again, and the answer is that the thought of paying out for two, possibly three play off games and then a final (with no concessions) from the same months wages (not forgetting this weekends game), then it means people will prioritise and skip the early play off rounds.
