Yep, that's me. Getting flights on a week-by-week basis is a bit much in terms of effort and cost, but I will be going to this one.

Was saying to my mate last night it would be brilliant for the Monaghan family for both brothers to win a championship together. Growing up obviously they would have wanted to win the NRL final, and Joel may well do it in future as sadly I doubt he'll spend the rest of his career with us, but what an opportunity for both to do it together in Super League.

I will be driving up to wire on Friday night...nerves will kick in on Saturday morning! Will catch the train in to Manchester in the afternoon.

I'll be getting the train over from Hull on Friday night. It feels like my life is spent travelling at First Transpennine 'Express's pleasure!

Flight to Heathrow on Wednesday, a couple of nights out down south and then up to Warrington early Saturday before going across to OT

First time back in the UK since last year and first game of the season for me.

I will be coming back to Warrington next Saturday. To date I have a show booked at 9PM at a popular venue but if I can get it altered will be arriving for shots & fry up early doors, followed by bananas day till cornflakes.

Transpennine Express for me too - how many non-Leeds fans do you reckon will be on the train between Leeds and Manchester? I'm trying to figure out if wearing my shirt without a coat will be a deathwish, given I live 200 yards from Headingley Stadium.

An interesting way of phrasing the post though. I still consider Warrington home, even though the rest of my family (not many of them to start with) have moved away too. I've only been back about half a dozen times in as many years, just for the rugby.
