The kick-off time may lose a few folks. I'm going despite living in Northamptonshire but not many would travel home on a Sunday night when they can watch on TV.

They texted me (a Saints fan) urging me to buy one so they wouldn't be outnumbered...

It's pretty poor if we are honest. We allegedly have 30,000 fans at Wembley and 50,000 lining the streets for the trophy parade. Yet only 6000 care enough to get a ticket with just two weeks left to go?

I do think the 1 per season ticket rule enforced by the small stadium has ruled out alot of occasional fans.

Its a game that being shown on TV at a time when people are short on funds. Number will be down. Wigan v Saints last year couldnt even fill the HJ (inspite of the calls for it to be played at the Reebox to house them all, based on their "average" gates) and times are tougher now. 30,000 at Wembley = 6000 tickets aint surprising. I'm at every game but took the wife and 2 kids to make a day of it. Extrapolate this and you get about 8000 people doing the same.

Anyway, at least we've already sold more tickets than turned up for the game against Bradford on our own turf.
