Two reasons:
1. It's a bit of fun and we're putting down our OWN choices.
2. No matter how well Matty has played recently, Bridge is better, and he's in the squad, so we assume he's fit, so he should start, because he's better, and Hull KR at home are good! So, if I want to put Bridge in as first choice, I then still can't pick Matty before Benny, Trent, Ben Harrison, Cooper, Hill or Ratchford! But, as someone else said, perhaps it's Trents week for a rest for the Leeds game, or perhaps Bridge still isn't fit, and will get another week for the Leeds game!
As someone else said - who knows - only one person - the one that matters - it's a bit of fun!!!
