Leeds look like a team totalling lacking in confidence at the moment but before we beat them they were on a good run (6 on the bounce I think). I look at it that if we hadn't had JL as a stop gap after Cull's departure we probably wouldn't have got Tony Smith and everything that has happened since. If Leeds do decide to change the coaching team its hard to see where (apart from the Bulls) Jimmy could go to.
Brian Noble would be perfect for Leeds. McDermott wasn't really well thought of at Quins to be honest so I'm not sure he's the right appointment for them.
They also have an ageing team with the replacements they've got not being of the same standard.
