I noted down all those details at the time (July 2007) the rules were announced. I have noticed that table on the SL website but am unaware of any announcemounts regarding any changes other than the relaxation for players who stay with their existing clubs. Do you know when the figures were changed?

no sorry. when you say annouced did you get it out of the rugby papers? tbh i didn't even know the sl site was there till this season. |

Yes, he did, but if you read the definitions in the 2nd post on this thread, you will find:
