On the face of it, it seems a tad harsh - I thought two games at the time. It was direct shoulder contact to the head though, there was no attempt to bend the back, it was just a very misjudged tackle. He has previous, maybe that’s where the 3 games comes from.

Go back to last season, I think it was him, and hurrell who both had form, for coming in, and hitting passers late with the shoulder and in the head he was getting done/carded for it back then.

Expect those clowns to throw the book at Vaughan on Monday and possibly fine Sam, too. It's beyond a joke now, really.
