Anyway that's my lasting impression, don't know if the stats collaborate, but I though he was fantastic for a good few seasons after a rather flaky start.'"
poor halfback, very good centre.

We aren't mid season, he should just go now.... walk away with his held held high and with people shaking him by the hand.
give someone the job on a temp basis, while the club has a look around.
All that we are doing now, is waiting for the first few poor results before a good lynching and him being removed anyway.
The players are hardly going to be fired up going into the new season, with a coach who is on the beach.'"
We are all different. I see no problem.
Players will be fine. Club knows where it stands. It gives us time to make appointment. All good.

| Quote: Barbed Wire "If that’s the case then our recruitment of his successor must be in line with that thinking. Wane, Bennett, Bellamy (unlikely anyway) etc. can be discounted immediately if you don’t want ‘percentage style’.
Realistically, most Aussie coaches favour that approach. The Walker brothers are making a splash with their fresh approach, they could be outside candidates. Unless Trent Robinson or Ivan Cleary become available, I can see a pretty average candidate pool if you don’t want that style of coach.'"
I’ve been impressed with Trent Robinson’s coaching for years. Knows just about how long to stay at a club too. Not a fan of the Aussie coaches but TR fits the peg hole at Wire. Count on 2 fingers who’d I’d have as Wire, and he’d be one of them.

Trent Robinson is a fantastic coach, but when your the head coach at the Roosters then you don't really want to leave that role when the club is doing so well, it's also one of the big glamour clubs in the NRL that can always attract the best players to sign for them
If the Roosters have a fully fit squad during 2021 then they will be very strong candidates to win yet another GF
I cant see Robinson back in SL for quite a few years yet Duckie unfortunately

All i can come up with is Germaine Greer, and have to doubt very much that this is who RD had in mind.

| Rumours doing the rounds on Twitter of Powell and Trueman double swoop from Cas. I really hope it's not Powell.
