| Well an unusual selection happened yesterday.
Knights halfback Roberts is struggling to be fit for today's game, but Dobson was not rested from the reserve grade match.
Hooker Travis Waddell was rested and if Roberts doesn't play, Kurt Gidley will move from hooker to halfback and Waddell will come into the side.
The only possible reason for this is if Dobson is on his way out you would think.

| This signing cant come fast enough for me... Ratchford and Dobson would be an excellent pairing. We are desperate for a decent kicker (goal and in play) as well as an organising half.
And if not Dobson, then someone else that could do this for us.

| Not since 2012 have we ran in near 200 points in 4 games.
Spending money looks increasingly a waste to me.
Before we bring in another halfback we need to be looking at selling a couple first.
Dobson would offer moderately more than Myler and a fair bit more than GOB.
Whoever is or if we bring in would still be 2nd fiddle to Bridge at six and those who cannot see that now may still have there head in the sand!

| As John Wells pointed out yesterday 'he doesn't look comfortable in the stand off position and you can see it'.
he is doing a good job of filling in there, but he wont be there long term, as he isn't a stand off.

| I don't give two monkeys what Jon Wells says.
It what it says on the tin that matters.

| He was a stand off at Bradford and he was a stand off at Warrington.
His problems was his immaturity off field, his questionable credentials to taking on a responsibility if the going got tough or pear shaped and his injuries.
...but his ability to play stand off and centre is not at question.
TS said after his return to halfback that at best he is the most talented player in the league.
Jon Wells or Tony Smith?

| I may be in the minority but I am with RD on this in as far as there can be no question that Brdige has been outstanding at half back since moving there so why change things at present?

| I too feel that he looks uncomfortable at half back, and is reluctant to pass the ball too often for me. He is doing a decent job but I don't see him for the long term at half back.

| Dont get me wrong, he has been better at 6 than anyone else we have played there this season... He has done a good job and should probably keep his place when Myler is fit again... But to describe his performances as 'outstanding' is utterly ridiculous.
We need an organising HB with a kicking game. Nothing has changed.

| Top of Smith's shopping list needs to be a reliable goalkicker & if that is Dobson all well & good.
