| Went online Monday
Site 'crashed' 3 times so rang club. They told me I'd bought 3 lots of tickets.... told them I only wanted 1 lot and they said they'd cancel the other 2 lots.
Just checked credit card statement & 3 ticket purchases have been charged but I've not had 1 single confirmatory email from club for tickets.
I don't live anywhere near Warrington so can't just pop down to club to sort out, so can someone please PM or post on here what Ian Powell's email is, thanks.
CHAOTIC AND UNACCEPTABLE!

Firstly Ring 01925 248880 and choose option 5. Best to talk to someone incase things have changed.
Second email Ianpowell@warringtonwolves.com He's the ticketing and retail manager but I have a feeling his email is a generic one. Good luck in getting a personal response via email!
If you dont have a confo email I'd definatly ring up and ensure you have tickets!
Ian's generic email is as below (Including poor Grammar, which, considering its an official email for a club based mistake is a bit poor! Don't mind it on forums at all, but when it's supposed to be professional it's a bit of a p!ss take)

On Monday, the company that provide our website, their server went down for a few hours, which is where all the problems started
Normally this wouldn’t be a major problem due to the amount of internet traffic we have at that time, however with all the sales
due to tickets for the playoff’s it has caused us some problems
We spent most of yesterday sorting out all the duplicate orders and we will be processing all refunds today
Please be aware that this make take a few days to go back into your account
Our apologies for any inconvenience that this may have been caused

| You would hope that if we are lucky enough to reach the Grand Final then the club would have the Seetickets and Gigsandtours platforms made available for the processing of on-line orders.
However remember back a couple of months and there was much dissent on here that the tickets for the Aus v NZ Four Nations match were sold through these outlets rather than the club's own website. To think that lots on here questioned the legitimacy of these websites in comparison to Wolfware-online.
I wonder how many of the orders they got were from season ticket holders? It would have been better to allow for ticket purchses made during the two weeks they were on sale prior to the date being confirmed to have been cancelled/refunded if the date when set had been in-convenient. That said I was always going to attend but still ended-up queing with numerous other season ticket holders on Saturday morning; I accepted the hour wait as being of my own making.

So the rumour I heard about the South Stand being over-sold due to the online ticketing problems mustn't be true then. I'd be interested to know how many tickets are left for the game. I really thought it would sell out.
