| Quote The Reaper="The Reaper"Yes, and you can also use Sky Sports+ to stream it. I dont think you can get that app on TV or fire stick, but you can get it on any apple/android devices and can use a browser on a PC/Laptop
If you are a sky subscriber there's no need to sign up to Super League+ as you have access to every game either on the red button or streaming'"
The problem with Sky Sports+ on red button, is that it`s it is live only. If you attend games or can`t watch the game on TV live, then there is no opportunity to watch the game on demand, or to record it to watch later.
Super League+ does allow for watching the games after the event and is considerably cheaper unless you are watching Sky Sports with a dodgy stick which again is for live viewing only.

I'm thinking of switching to Super League+ as i rarely get to watch games and it's a hassle for me to do so. How long after the games played are they Available to view?
Also i'd have to watch it on my phone, unless there is an actual tv channel for it, or is it just an app?

| All these other ways to watch are fine if you only follow Rugby League. I for my sins watch the NFL and F1 bit of cricket and ofc NRL. So I get value for what pay.

I am a recent subscriber and Round 1 Super league is the 1st time I have watched it in earnest, although I did purchase a Wire game as a tester at the end of last season. None of my subscriptions go to Sky which is a major plus point and it all goes to the RFL. The programmes are the same as Sky broadcast.
There isn`t a TV channel unfortunately. I have watched Round 1 games on my 17" Laptop which is acceptable, but I have ordered a long HDMI lead off EBay and when I get it, I will then connect the laptop to my TV and watch the games on the television. There are several videos on YouTube explaining how to connect the TV to a laptop/desktop, and replicate the computer onto the TV,
Other than the 2 games that Sky broadcast on their main channels, all the other games are available live and are then on demand several hours later. I watched the Huddersfield v Wire game last night after I got back from Yorkshire. The 2 games shown on Sky main channels are available later but not the same day. There have been so many games to watch, I haven`t bothered to find-out the timescale of the main channel games yet. Our game on Friday night is on a Sky main channel broadcast, so if we win.....I will watch it on-demand when it becomes available.
I have paid £99 to watch all Super League games for the full season, which I consider is a bargain, compared to the money that I was paying Sky. The package was £20 off for early bird subscription plus further £10 discount for being a current Season Ticket holder.
I am not aware of any discount available now the season has started? The annual subscription is £130. It`s probably best if you register and open an account with them, and then purchase a game. If you find the coverage is acceptable, then it`s up to you if you want to proceed.

| I set up Superleague Plus on my laptop and then cast it to my TV. Casting sticks are a handy way of transmitting from laptop to TV.

| If you have a fire stick (doesn’t have to be dodgy) then there is a super league + app you can use to watch on tv. That’s what I use. Not sure if there’s one for consoles or not

If you wanted to be a bit naughty, you could get a VPN and watch the sky games on there as well. I don't need to use a VPN, but I'm on the Isle of Man which I guess isn't technically considered the UK, and I have access to all games live on there

Hacked off with NowTV.
Missed the first 15 minutes trying to find the match. I simply don't get why they put German football on the main 'strip' and hide the red button rl stuff in a totally different place.
Managed to find it eventually by utilizing the 'Chat' function on Now but it shouldn't be that difficult.
Angry. I watch via Now TV too. I just ignore the 'Live and Upcoming' section at the top, and scroll down quite a way, to the section that's headed' Sports'. This lists all the sports separately (the rugby league section within this has a picture of Bevan French on it). Never had any trouble finding the games this way.
