Bateman played against london in exactly the same way he has been playing for wests all season. Simply going through the motions and doing as little as possible. He doesn't deserve to keep his place, but he's probably going to be selected.

Well if he continues to be completely underwhelming then it’s going to be the biggest test of Burgess’ cajones yet.

I have to admit when we signed Powell i wasn't excited at all, but i think he's been a really good signing for us. Slots in wherever he's asked and does a good job.

Not sure where that rumour comes from but Williams himself seems to think he's playing tonight, according to what he's said this week. Unless he's fractured his foot last night.
