Currie has had an amazing 40 minutes there. Every touch has either made metres after contact or been a crisp pass.

Overall not a bad half at all against a Cas side who have been no mugs.

Drinkwater & Dufty involved in set up for all 3 tries. Good to see.

Toby King sensibly passing the ball on to the quicker man for the third try.

What pleases me so far as much as anything in that first half is that we've conceded NO (a big fat ZERO) penalties.

No penalties for 10m offside
No penalties for not playing the ball correctly
No penalties for markers not being square
No penalties for head high shots
No penalties for dissent

This must be the first time we've gone through a half like that!

Interesting the subtle changes we did after they scored. Slightly deeper and timing slightly better. Small margins.

Thewlis is a good player but tonight has been one to forget.

Can we just get rid of video ref, how many looks do they need.

Fantastic defensive set from us there. Our completion is good, discipline is great. Line speed has been great and we are putting together some nice attacking shapes.

Totally agree, the game has been officiated well tonight. VR a bit slow but that's minor compared to what we have seen in the first 2 rounds.

Agreed although I think Currie and Fitzgibbon were also fantastic. Special shout out to Leon Hayes too, an excellent effort in attack and defence and some nice work from Drinkwater in the first half.
