Damn I was working on a line about how well he would combine with Peanut (Matautia). Oh well.

| I’d loan swap Riley Dean for him. FC will be desperate for a good half back. Plus Riley will get some first team football.

Why would Hull FC let one of their best props go?
I would like to know if we made any attempt to sign Sao, Satae, Paasi etc

And why would we let Dean go? I can’t wait to see him slot in for the odd game, or if Widdop or Williams get injured. We signed Powell to give these younger players a chance and develop them into top home grown talent that will replace the NRL marquees. Seeing what he’s done at Cas with players that have less natural talent, I’m really excited to see what he can do with a few of our top academy graduates.

You answered your own question. I fully agree. That’s why I’d like him to be loaned to a team that’ll give him just that experience for us.
With any halfback injury, the preferred option is always going to be Ratchford into the haves and Thewlis at fullback. Riley Deans needs 1st grade football and Wire could do with the depth of a prop.

| They'll play Connor in the halves and if not, McNamara.

I didn't advocate transferring Dean. I was asking why on earth a rival club would let one of their best forwards go.
