The fact that we had Connor at centre and Blake on the wing, now it's not uncommon for stand offs to play centre or centres get moved to stand off. So that change would have made some sense. But to put Blake on the wing, when jake Connor had played a fair bit on the wing and fb, and was a damn sight better under high balls and positioning made zero bloody sense

Totally agree made no sense if I remember correctly our half backs weren't setting the games on fire either.

How about moving him to Mamo's soon to be vacant space for next season ? He could be a utility player for the rest of this one.

Can’t see him playing for Mamo’s salary (assuming he’s one of our cheaper players).

He’ll be picked up as a backup NRL player or join another SL club on less money than he’s on here.

I’m with the impact player idea. It would be the perfect fit for him and also make him look good in the shop window so he could find a contract elsewhere.
