I'm on the road with work quite a lot and listen to Radio 5 live. Today I've traveled to Gloucester and back and during that time time heard the Challenge Cup Final mentioned once.

The point being is that the RFL fail miserably in promoting the game even when they have one of the showpiece events. Its almost as if the games being played in secret.

Whos presenting the trophy? Eddie Warings auntie? Facetious comment but you get my drift!

You would have thought that with BBC Sport moving to Manchester in 2012 the RFL would have courted a stronger relationship. Sadly that does not seem to have happened.
