Philbin looks exactly like alex walmsley, but a foot shorter.

He's filling in at the moment, he's much better as a bulky second row running out wide, thats where his best performances have been for me.

I would release him but he definitely needs a full time loan somewhere, like ben evans did at the bulls.

There might be some good pickings once this £ million game is out the way & clubs see which players are free to move on.

Bearing in mind we will be running a reserve side next year ( assuming the RFL / Superleague have agreed there will be a similar set up next year) we should hold on to young players with promise. I would thank Ryan Bailey and Jordan Cox for their services and also Mitchell Dodds. We should look at bringing in some good young props, including those currently in our U19 team, plus some backs with real speed.

Would be gutted if Sandow left.

Shame if true he has the "X" factor for sure. Although he has not been the same since his initial injury.

Exciting but I'd rather have a player like George Williams...I'd like Patton too develop into Williams type.
I prefer a little more structure from a hb than Sandow...who although his bang start, hasn't really added anything to our sustained campaign.
He didn't step up at Wembley and that disappointed me, since then he has still disappointed me.

I would be sad to see Sandow go. The rugby he played at the beginning of the season was unbelievable. I was not dissapointed with his 1st half performance & the 2nd half was down to an injury.
If Sandow does go who will be our marquee player? Do we go for Cooper Cronk?

I wouldn't mind seeing Sandow go, he is just too inconsistent, and irratic in defence.

Maybe we could put ratchford at right centre, i dont think Evans offers enough in attack. We then could play Patton and Gidley in the halves, Russell and lineham on the wings and throw our marquee money at a quality full back.

It's just finding a quality player who will leave nrl
