You cannot block mobile signals in a radius of less than a couple miles. So anyone living or working within 2 miles of the HJ would get no signal.

Fatbelly, you can get jammers that block small distances. Generally mosques use them! Also they have been found to be in prisons also. They cause lots of issues to mobile networks.

Why would we want to do that? These people pay their way to attend the match? Does it really matter if they're watching the game, so long as the Club gets their much needed cash.
