For a team with so many injuries that's still a pretty impressive and experienced line up.

Our attitude has been appalling at points this year (the first time I've said that since the Noble years) and a weakened Wire will ensure our players come out with their heads away with the fairies which will lead to numerous penalties being conceded and errors made.

It is impressive on paper but other than the usual suspects so many players are out of form, it's unreal. I think we'll win though.

The way we defend i'm expecting someone to put 40+ on us soon. I just hope it's not tonight. Even so i still can't see past a Wigan win. We have been really poor this season so far and our last outing at Rovers was the worst of the lot. We are battling for 8th in the table for a reason.

Although, you never know when a team is up against it, they can surprise you and Hull losing their last three is huge for us in terms of 8th place. So an incentive at least!

Tonight will see two poor by recent standards teams battle it out. The team with the most pride and will to win will take the spoils. Sadly when this attitude is needed we are often left wanting

I feel the only incentive our guys are using is the Wembley one, be great to win it but for me the SL title is long over due and should be the main focus.

Ok we'll be underdogs but both teams have everything to play for & maybe the two week rest hasn't done Wigan any favours. Hoping for a cracking game, weather permitting.

On form we will get utterly embarrassed and TS will again play his injury card and short turn around whilst stating that "we're not far off" "there was nothing between the teams"

OR

Each and every player can take a good hard look at themselves and come out playing with attitude of Ashton Sims last week. If they do, there is a very good chance we can win or at very least go down fighting and I'll go home happy either way.

So play to form and pee me off or don't, I hope it's the latter.

Sam Wilde being talked up by Briers and Smith.... looks like he might get a shot at starting in the back row tonight.

Looking forward to seeing this lad play, as i know someone that thinks he has all the attributes to be a top quality SL player.

Wilde will work hard and has a good engine but this is a big game for a first game. Hope he does well.

Livett might play if Atkins isn't fit.
