Sunday for me....got a chance of actually getting to a game then. better for away fans as well...and young kids.

Precisely, stupid question really. I mean where are you supposed to land near the HJ ? I think what they should have said was private helicopter. I can normally find a park or green space to land my AS355 Twin Squirrel, it's by far the most convenient way to get to the ground. Plus when they move to Friday night matches I will be able to avoid all the traffic queues.

I can do Friday, but it's a swine getting over the M62 and I have to leave home before 3.00pm to guarantee getting there in plenty of time. I've abandonned my car in town overnight (rather than leaving it as my sister's house) on several occasions, and twice I've had to get changed out of a suit into T shirt and jeans in a side street. Having said that any day is bad on the M62 at the moment, junctions 17 to 12 were awful last Sunday, hope it's a little better tomorrow.
For those driving to Newcastle in a couple of weeks, the approaches on the A1 are poor at the moment. Allow extra time or use the A19 and go via the Gateshead Stadium.

Hi All, As you can see I am new here but have been following the Wire from afar for a long while ( lived abroad 10 years) but now been living back in Warrington 2 years so 2nd season ticket holder. I met with Roger last week before the game in his office for 20 mins or so and gave him some ideas or improvements that we could try and also of course raise revenue/fan base. He is really keen to get more input so feel free to message him as he does read the Facebook page and I have also sent him the link to here but I would hope he is already a member. I am sure if a few of you wanted to meet after work with him he would be interested. His vision is to make Warrington the best in the country and one of the best in the world which I imagine some would think was far fetched but he has such passion and desire with some help he could really start the ball rolling.

He has the backing of the owner and board who are also looking at a long term plan on and off the field. The survey was just a start I think but he knows what issues need fixing asap like the shop and layout and even down to the "extras" like the Warrington App which is worse than useless.

I thought the survey was very useful. I also said I thought pre match music was too loud and also gave my views on the pre match and half time entertainment which I believe is terrible. Would also be good to get some different real ales on and switch to Holland's Pies! Love the idea of club membership as well.

Its good to see the club reach out to supporters in this way.

Martin Dawes has a private helicopter that he uses from his home at "Hope under Dinmore". Which is not far from where I live.

Food and drink was high on Rogers "fix" list. I already told him £2 odd for instant happy shopper coffee was doing nobody any favours and as for £4 a pint when local pubs are charging £2.50 he is already well aware. I said to him the food was possibly the worst I have had in ages ( won't be trying that again trust me)

Ref Fridays, I think a common sense approach is required here. Televised games are usually rather predictable, so just schedule Leeds, Wigan etc for Friday nights.

A few years back, Hull switched to Fridays and found it had no impact on away support.

I made the point about the loud music as well.

I commented that the club shop ran out of rugby balls the other week. I kid you not.

I also said that I believe that fans who attend away games should benefit more from any membership/loyalty scheme. <awaits backlash>
