Jesus wept. I wasn't trolling, I like Gidley, I think he's one of the most underrated players of his generation. But he's not a great half these days, for the reasons mentioned by the guy who has watched his entire career above.

I think Kurt will struggle as SL is such a strong competition compared to the NRL. And to make matters worse, everyone will compare him with big Roy, our other Aussie signing. He not only settled in very quickly, but has been the stand out pack man and a firm favourite with the South Stand since day 1. It's going to be a long old year for him.

It's a bit poor this............ this time next year he'll be getting ready for his 34th Birthday.

No matter How good a player he was and as impressive as his representative honours list is, this is a really ordinary signing ......I'm a bit stunned by it to be honest, and am hoping its not true.

We need someome who has been therebought the tshirt. he has it all and for me we can build on this, yes thr fans who want Cooper cronk will be miffed, but for me he has the expetience and gile to deliver when needed and with Patton upcoming and the likes of Currie etc, i shall be keeping my faith in trophies.
