honesty I've never rated Travis Burns, there's been a lot of hype over him and how moving to a big club would fetch out his shine, but I've seem nothing from him tonight to change my mind.

Well that was a bit of a letdown wasn't it? Keiron Cunnigham seems to have aquired a copy of the Shaun Wane book of PTB shannanigans from somewhere, and the offside was, ahem, generously policed. Then Bentham went mad for 10 mins and came down justifiably hard on Saints, then gave up 2nd half again.

Shoulder charge is obviously the new obstruction rule for this season.

If Catalans can sort their away form out, they'll be more of a threat than Saints.

Catalans without early injuries that effectively took some juice out of them, especially over 130mins+ of rugby, Hull fc and Salford look to be the only teams that are less exposed than the rest, each could potentially be anything this season with the shrewd signings.

i was thinking the same thing..these stupid rules dont help.i.e cats having a try dis-allowed for contesting a ball in the air..it justs complicates what basically is a simple game
