I have to say they were howling errors in defence with reading the game and positional sense.

Partially made up for it with the break and personally thought there was nothing wrong with the pass to Russell (who appears to have lost his thumbs)

Exactly Panthro, Ormsby has been a real success story in his break through season, so much so that playing outside Monaghan has worked well for both players.

Embarrassing just doesn't cover how poor this thread is.

I am also baffled by this thread, I thought he was a touch at fault for the first try, not fully but a lions share.

Other than that he was no worse than most, I actually think we just lacked intensity and had one of those games in which nothing comes off.
Russell had a shocker but it was only one game.

He made a few mistakes, but he has been fairly solid this season. He is young and is still learning... Just put this one behind us and move on.

From what I have seen of him, Ormsby is OK but nothing special.
He is still learning and may be able to overcome his defensive frailties which result from indecision but my main concern is his lack of real pace which was best illustrated against Leeds when he picked up a loose ball from a bad Leeds pass in broken play but was chased and caught by a defender quite easily.

Complete generalisation. Don't judge a fanbase on half a dozen posters on a random forum.

I like Ormsby and he is only young, I think he missed Joel beside him and that showed with his performance but it is one bad game and he will learn from it!
