Depends on how you define ‘want’ there will be many that would like to go but will not get a ticket. There will be loads reasons for this. Some will be working, some will be on a tight budget, and miss the semi-final in the hope we reach the final, and their hard earned cash could be better spent, but I digress.
If there were more than 5,500 tickets available would we be able to sell them? Yes we would, therefore, everyone that ‘wants’ a ticket will not get one. Those really really want(zig a zig ah) a ticket will probably get one, but there will be plenty of people would like to go but are not prepared, or are unable to queue for a couple of hours to get one.
The fact that we could, and would, IMO sell 10,000 tickets for this game is proof that not everyone that wants a ticket will get one.
