It's not just the trouble aspect of Warrington town centre that make it a bad choice. I've been out in town a few times of the last couple of years and it has been completely dead. Hardly the recipe for a good night out to remember which is the idea of a stag night.

Warrington is probably the second worst place for a night out after St Helens. I'd suggest going to Manchester to be honest, it's a very good night out. Stag party's usually end up naked in Canal Street at some point during the night.

I try to avoid going as much as possible now and i am only 19. Enjoyed it once i turned 18 but the couple of places that i enjoyed are now just packed and full of knobs. Surely ain't the place for a stag night.

Unless you are a 'friend of Dorothy' this is unwise.

i echo the above comments,wouldnt have a quick pint in warringtons town centre at night..jump on the train to either manny or liverpool,,if you go manny try the gay village,trouble free and a great night and noyou wont get picked up by some 6 foot 6 docker in a dress.its packed with women all having a good time..and there are plenty of straight bars as well

Every time I go out to warrington I see fighting, whenever I go to manc or liv I don't see any! ... Simples!

Don't go on a stag do to Warrington it's full of knobs and the bouncers are knobs too!

Stockton Heath is better but no doubt it will lead to town afterwards

Wigan and saints is the same if not worse! Stick to a city! IMO

My advice - enjoy a stag do elsewhere.

i would rather have a stag do in my garden shed.

like many others have said.... Liverpool and Manchester are not far away... do yourself and your mate a favour and go there instead.

Why would anyone choose to go to Warrington, Wigan or St Helens for a night out? Barmy when Manchester and Liverpool are so easily accessible.
