Actually I thought it was pretty restrained, sure there was plenty of gloating. But I also saw many Wigan fans that were gracious about your defeat. Many posted on thread (the non-trolling one) on here. At least though I didn't see any stoop so low as to tar all wire fans as c*nts and sc*m like many on here are doing tonight.

I see your living up to the topic of touchy pies , im not quite sure if the bloke who posted the original knock knock joke would cop a ban from the cherry and white site but if thats the case well i do apologise. In all fairness im quite shocked that a slight bit of ribbing results in a ban whilst there is plenty of utter pump spouted on here from wigan folk which doesnt.

Sure Wigan fans are hurting at the moment as are Wire fans. However, the reason for the clamp down on the boards is because of the behaviour of too many fans from all teams who lower the tone far too much. We share a great game and we should celebrate the good things and not let the trolls make a mockery of the sport. Wire have been superb this season and I am disappointed that they are not in the GF. From a personal point of view I would have liked a Wigan vs Wire final but all credit to Saints and Leeds for playing well and opening up the competition. Suffering disppointments only makers the good times even sweeter. Wigan have had their fair share of disappointents over the last decade and so this made the GF last year and the CC this year all the better.
