What baffles me is the fact linesman can miss Carmonts forward pass, then same chap spotting ball touching ground for a split second

i said just before that moment that mcguire would score the winning try for leeds and then that hapened i thought it was a try but on the replay it wasn't any shout that tomkins tackled without the ball as he dropped it??

McGuire had the ball in his hands when Tomkins started the tackle, so he was perfectly allowed to continue the tackle.

Also noticed Stevos momentum rule as bitten the dust this season. Any other year Carmonts pass would have had the Bald One screaming for it.

Try should have been watched at full speed rather than just slowed right right down. That's how the games played. Literally talking fractions of seconds between floor and foot for the ball and I thought the intent was there to kick it.

Doesn't really matter now though.

Even without the sky cameras the try would have been disallowed. The touchjudge stood his ground and indicated that it was a knock on to the referee. At that point the referee went to the video ref, but I agree the pass to Richards looked forward, there seems to have been a lot this season.

Correct call, gutted that I wasted a big cheer in the living room. If that's against us, I want that given as a knock on, without question.

As for the Carmont forward, it was miles forward but I've given up with that now. You get pinged for ones that are marginal and score from ones which are obvious. We've scored from forward passes this season and we will do again, you just almost have to shrug them off, it's part of the game.

That pretty much it. We've suffered from forward passes this year, we've also benefited from them.

Same with Leeds, they've had a couple that were so clearly forward that has won them points this year.
