Bring in a senior experienced head from the NRL. I'm wary of hearing hype about young halfbacks, very very few make it. 12 or 13 years ago we were hearing that Jon Duffy was going to be the new Iestyn Harris and our halfback for a decade....then 6 or 7 years ago we were hearing the same about Jamie Durbin.
If we have a good young player on the books then great but we need a lead halfback, with Myler, as first choice, then the young lad can be the third halfback on the books. If he is genuine quality then he can take over at the end of the senior guys stint after 2/3 years, when Myler will be older and able to be the senior pro.

Somehow cant see you having room on the cap to bring across an old NRL head. I'd be very suprised if you actually tried to bid for sam tomkins. As the only two places i can see sam playing are at wigan, or either in the NRL
