Quote The Angry Pirate="The Angry Pirate"I may be able to come to the assistance of you fellows.
Apparently, in the old days, they used to have something called 'BIN BAGS'...that's 'BIN BAGS'....I understand you can obtain these from most general stores or supermarkets.
With these bin bags you can, so I believe, put your excess waste into them (I think the clue is in the name?), and when they are full, you can tie them up and put them in a suitable location like your back yard or back garden.
Whilst you are doing this you can also be checking Warrington Council's website....Yes, apparently they do have one....and this website will keep you informed of when you can expect to see a refuse collector in your area.
Now the important bit....When the refuse collector is due, simply put your collected 'bin bags' next to your wheelie bin and, lo and behold, your rubbish will be collected.
I appreciate that this operation will require intiative and, most importantly, common sense on the individual's behalf, but with a little patience it will all be relatively painless.'"
Okay smart guy, a little scenario for you:
What if you don't live in your own house and have your own garden and your own wheelie bin for instance? What if you live in a flat, say with three floors at 5 flats each (total of 15 flats for those not good at maths) and only have two dumpsters between you?
Now if these dumpsters are full and for scenario's sake have been for the last week, where would you put these "excess" bin bags? You have no garden, no wheelie bin, the only place to put it is on the floor next to the dumpsters, causing an obstruction and also the possibility of animals rummaging around.
So what would you do about that then?
