There's another stream with top notch quality an there's no delay on it, cant understand why somebody would settle for a poor stream when there's better one's knocking about.

All TV is behind the actual action. This is due to the amount of data that has to be sent up to a satellite in space before reaching your TV. If you dont believe me, listen to the commentary on GMR whilst putting the TV on mute when you watch Sky.
