Surely that makes me more of a fan that the jonny come latelys who go to all the games now?
so much like wigan, you are basing your reputation on the past opposed to the present?

| Well not only are we winning well, but we're winning with no mistakes and very few sloppy penalties, something we've been gilty of for years. Barring a few brain farts, our defence is no longer suspect either.
It's this that leads me to beleive that plays off will acheived and with the inconsistency of all the other clubs above us, a guaranteed week 2 appearance can be reached aswell

| Got to be worth an optimistic few quid.
I was thinking that based purely on the second half of the season we would be a comfortable 4th which would lift us to 6th for the season.
I'd like to see it happen anyway

sort of but not quite. Wiganers do this because of an absence of anything else to cling onto at the present time. At my present time although like my rugby and my team I have other more important things that drain my time and money.

| After the rough start we'vew had (understatement I know! ) I'd be happy with a top 8 spot & a strong run in the play offs. I have a feeling that if we do get into the top 8, we could do some damage - TS seems to be introducing some effective tactics, specifically tailored for the teams we're playing. And you know the old saying "on any given day..."etc

| Makes me laugh.
4 Weeks back everybody was saying we were terrible and that we will finish in the bottom 2, that all the players were not good enough etc.
A couple of wins later and we will make the playoffs etc.
I'm an avid Warrington fans but come on guys. Fickle to say the least.
We are playing much better than before & I do hope we have turned a corner but there is still a lot of dead wood lying around at Warrington and when we are stretched for numbers in key positions again, we will be found wanting.
We are playing well at the moment with a near to full strength team, it's when we don't have that option I'm a little worried.

2 have left, the rest have been rejuvenated under Smith.
Nobody has been on here slating players for being unprofessional like was the norm under Cullen And Lowes.
This is why people are starting to see us as a force again, because the professionalism we have lacked for years has suddenly appeared and it's working wonders on the pitch.
Basically what TS said the other day
