He isn't making any strides to fix the problems like backroom staff, coaching staff and players' Instead he buy's supposedly world class player on top of world class player and hopes it solves the problem.

We have an entirely different back room staff to what we had last year.

There's only 1 coach at our club and he play's on the field, until we get rid of him and the rest of the dross in the boardroom, backroom we will go nowhere.
