It was pure crap from Stevo and very unfair on Chris Sandow.

Another little story that he keeps trotting out is that Darryl Clark was told how to play by Tony Smith i.e. don't keep making breaks like you did whilst at Castleford. Does he really think Tony Smith would give such an instruction. Stevo really is a prize pillock. It's pretty obvious that Eddie/Stevo do not like Tony Smith. Smith tends not to hide his dislike of their ridiculous hype.

From what I saw last night we could have found ourselves a little star ... Chris Sandow. If this many feels at home and feels confident (and like the king) ... he's going to be just what we want. Unfortunately (as we know with Stevo) once he gets a little idea into his head it tends to be trotted out again and again and again as he thinks of things to say.

I've said it already about sandow, he could be the replacement for briers, the creative genius that scares defences and annoys the out of other fans

Stevo is full value for his comedy, I'd have no hesitation in releasing Eddie and Clarke ahead of him.

You might be right at that, or rather the first part. I've not noticed a great deal about sandow that makes me grind my teeth. As for Briers, he was usually more entertaining than annoying. And a very decent player to boot.

From what I've seen and it's very early days, Sandow does seem to be up for it and playing with a smile on his face. I don't follow much NRL action so only really took an interest when we as a club did and it's not necessarily just true of the NRL anyway, but, a player being settled can only help?

Eddie couldn't wait to talk about the Sandow hype and how he didn't deliver (like a one man squad sent to rescue a team already dead in the water...)

It really annoyed me about those unnecessary comments. What was the point in saying them as well? There's enough interest in the game without having to make false hype. Anyhow, Sandow didn't half show 'em.

I watched the Wigan game and thought Eddie/Stevo seemed a bit subdued in the pre-match bit. Did anyone else think this or am I dreaming?

I'd like to think that at the very least they will be in touch with Sky, not that Stevo would ever backtrack on anything he says regardless of any evidence to the contrary.
