I'm afraid those days are gone. Les Boyd would be banned for 90% of season and then get a lifetime ban. Forget hard men just get us someone like Cuthbertson of Leeds (or half as good) ... he's a cracker. |

Much as I miss the biff I'm afraid such players would barely feature on the pitch these days as they would be subject to ever increasing bans. So whether its a stamp on the hand (ala Goodway) or a punch (retaliatory or otherwise) it hinders the team not help it. A crunching tackle on the other hand.... |

Well wanting a top prop and one being available are two totally different things.
Leeds recruitment has been good in recent times and Cuthbertson is arguably the bext prop in SL this year - not just being of his offloads.
Someone big, fit, a tacking machine and meters man with a nasty - but legal - streak.
That's what we all want but I'm not up on players from down under, and I don't see anyone of that ilk in SL.
Right, now just off to cancel my sky subscription for a few months.
