I've been, it's beautiful. I love the Island of Kefalonia.

Mrs FB & I went in the Mid 80's before tourism ever took off. It was a great holiday. Stunning scenery & great food at Local Tavernas.

WHAT?! I'm going to watch City at Stoke then and was almost certain I'd be able to go and watch both City and Wire that weekend, since when do we play at 15:00 on a Saturday? Christ almighty!

Me to. I've just been for the first time. We stayed in a small fishing village called Pessada.
Amazing views, quality quiet beaches, cheap Greek lager - Mythos being a favourite!, nice local winery, absolutely delightful food and very friendly people.
The driving is 'interesting' also, particularly the system at roundabouts.

| Skala's a lovely spot. Actually, I found Fiskardo to be a bit of an over-rated, overpriced dump and was happy to leave.
While you're here Rogues, any word on why Chris Bridge should have been sent off at Huddersfield last year?

| What is Kefalonia like in mosquito terms gentlemen ? I ask because we have only been to Greece once & Mrs n/a had a very bad experience with mosquito bites in Corfu which has put her off Greece ....strange really because we've been all over the Med & Turkey with no problems whatsoever .

| Never had a problem in Kefalonia with mosquito. Argostoli is a fantastic Island centre too.

| Got tickets many moons ago to take the Mrs to see Jimmy Carr that night. Made up that we'll be the 3pm kick-off as I can now do both.

Cheers HY if only it was just me, there is Mrs Rico a group of friends and a team of sherpas booked for picnic basket carrying duties you would think we are doing Kilimanjaro!!
Plan was Pyg up and Ranger down or Llanberis if the sherpas revolt I wonder whether the gang would notice me sneaking off to the train....

| You ever done it before? it's very satisfying, I had a pie in the shop at the top too which at the time tasted like the greatest thing I'd ever eaten. Another thing to look into in that neck of the woods is Zip world, zip lining down a mountain at 100 mph, I love North Wales especially Snowdonia.
Tree top adventures is also a great day out especially the power fan

Cheers for that not done Snowden but love NWales the bit beyond Rhyl anyway.
If the forecast is peeing down the match might be back on for me although knowing my luck it would be reconveined for the GF with us in it but in that event no contest.....Mrs Rico will be carrying her own picnic basket

| If it's raining and you do Llanberis be careful when you go under the railway (the second time) the paths camber is towards the edge of the mountain and it's not brilliant under foot in that section, if you haven't already, buy walking poles, seriously I do a lot of walking and they, along with good boots and socks will be the greatest investment you can get. You can get them really cheap now.

Apologies FMC for my part in it, we'll be back on track tomorrow after tonight's game? Tough game first round whoever we face, as you know I will be....
Only joking, but, think we will end up with Leeds
