Well you have to remember that other teams have got stronger. Bradford drew with Leeds, Huddersfield were beaten by a point by Salford. It's going to be tighter at the top this year methinks.

We need to remember the game lasts 80 minutes. We played for about 8. Jon Clarke ran us ragged.

It's a concern for us but a concern for the sport too because players like him don't make the grade anymore. He's not particularly fast, strong or big but he's almost always the best player on the pitch when he plays so what clubs look for in players now doesn't always mean they are what makes a good rugby league player.

Good point.We (Leeds) Have been beaten at our lowly rivals Cas already this year and i expect Wakey will be fired up to give us a going over in our re-aranged fixture.

Widnes away is a much tougher game this year and as they are your rivals were bound to lift to another level.
