| We all knew it would be a low crowd tonight. We will sell our allocation next week no problem, and if we win we'll take 30,000 to the final.
It's not just us as Wigan proved last week and plenty of other clubs have before too.
Nature of the play offs.
I wasn't there tonight for reasons outwith my control - I would have gone if it was played last night - but now it's out the way and we got the result that's all that matters. Next week can't come soon enough now!

| Was on Holiday this week(sure everyone missed me), could have drove up today and watched it but didn't fancy driving up and then coming straight back on a 7 hour round trip after i'd already done about 600 miles worth of driving already

| If you were there don't worry about who wasn't.
So far there have been about 7000 at Wigan, 10000 at Wire, 9000 at Leeds, 8000 at Hull, 11000 at Catalan and 7000 at Wire. We're the only team to have played at home twice with an average over the two games of about 8800.
Is that really so bad? The Play-offs are never particularly well attended.

Maybe it's time the RFL and the clubs took a minute to wonder why and see what they can do about it but i wont hold my breath on that one !

| Shocking turnout. Worst still despite watching both playoffs as a non season ticket holder in the North spending £112 for two adults in the last 2 weeks I wont get tickets for next week. I think they should count playoff stubs as a ST.
Anyway great win for the Wire

| It shows that no matter what Eddie and Stevo would have us believe the Challenge Cup is the premier trophy !

| The RFL decide the prices unfortunately. I know loads of ST holders that didn't go tonight. ST holders should get a discount on play off tickets IMO. Could swing a cat where I stand in the South tonight.
Potentially 4 games in 4 weeks to fork out for after Wembley takes it's toll.

Challenge Cup: Have to win 5 games to lift the trophy, Wembley Stadium, 90000, 118 year history of the competition.
Super League Play-offs: Have to win 3 or 4 games to lift the trophy, Old Trafford, 75000, 17 year history of the competition.

2 be fair it's 2 packs of fags or 5 pints. Are times really that hard or is it laziness / hubris that we would win.?

STs get enough effing perks. Some of them are very, very lazy gits who dont go the CC round games or playoff games yet they will be out in force on Monday for their Saints tickets.

| I was amazed when I arrived at the ground and saw the turnout - I would have expected a lower gate at the Saints game where the importance of the match wasn't clear-cut. The turnout should embarrass the RFL and make them take a good look at pricing and the play-off format in general.
Fair play to Hull for turning out in numbers and being vocal throughout - if they hadn't anyone tuning in would have thought pre-season had started early.

| As someone else mentioned earlier in the thread - there is no use lamenting those who didn't attend. Yes the attendance was pretty cringeworthy but despite the low home turnout, I thought those of us who did go created a pretty decent atmosphere.
I can see why some gave this one a miss though - Expected us to win easily or get beat, Prices, and we must remember we have played every week of the season this year with the Cup Run and the maximum number of playoffs, and compared to a small club like Widnes , fans have racked up a sizeable bill.
Roll on next week.
