It intrigues me the way some people adopt a Stalinist revisionist approach to our history. Our current coach has done a marvellous job, but the failure to give any credit to Cull by some is appalling.

No seriously he assembled a squad which by and large (with a few outs and ins) did win a Challenge Cup. His commitment was never in doubt either, just at too big a club too early in his career.

There has been mention of some of the Widnes lads being given some time off... as we've had like 2 weeks no game and another two to go!

This was known months back... so good shout for a relaxing holiday with the kids before the playoffs i'd say!
